HOW TO CREATE AND SUSTAIN A HOME PRACTICE
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Practice / All Levels Welcome
Saturday, July 20th
Participants of this workshop will receive our 21 Days Yoga Challenge Online Course complimentary.
On July 20th, we will go over this well rounded yoga sequence together and practice followed by a short meditation and Q&A about the challenge. This is a great opportunity to kick start your yoga practice and challenge.
Getting started with a daily practice may seem intimidating, but with Nathalie’s expert guidance you’ll be inspired to live your yoga on and off the mat. This 21 days challenge will inspire us to get on our yoga mats daily (well, six days a week). I created a short 20/30-minute, well rounded, effective and smart yoga sequence for you to practice each day.
Nike has a famous saying I love – “Just Do It.” This is the key to practice! We all have busy lives trying to balance today’s world and the rat race. My challenge - let’s practice together for 3 weeks and see how we feel after. I have a hunch you’ll feel amazing.
The idea of this challenge is to create a simple practice so we can do it and notice all of the shifts and changes.
Practice six days a week, taking one day off.
Practice daily by latest mid-afternoon, let’s say 3 pm.
Either practice the sequence I created for you which is about 25 to 32 minutes give or take, or attend a yoga class.
Eat healthy foods, organics, high alkaline content/plant foods – if you need inspiration for healthy eating I have done great amounts of research throughout my life, just ask!
Book a “life coach session” with Nathalie. Sessions are done via Skype or Zoom.
Practice meditation minimum five minutes a day. Give yourself a goal, it can be five minutes a day or 10, 15 or 20, but be sure to make it a realistic goal.
Wishing you well on this journey of yoga on and off the mat!
CREATING SPACE WORKSHOP
Cultivating Awareness and Expansion
Saturday, October 5th
11am - 1:30pm
In this workshop, we will move through a Vinyasa yoga sequence designed to create space and expand our lines of energy, enhancing our prana (life-force).
Through the breath, as we exhale, we will let go and release that which no longer serves us and invite more light into our entire system (body, mind and spirit) with each inhalation.
We will work with pratyahara (turning our senses inward) and subtle body practices such as the drishti (gaze) and bandhas (energy locks) while playing with our edge in each pose and finding stillness in movement. The workshop will also include a healing technique.
All Levels Welcome.
